Summary of Project

The Riverside Quarter of Leatherhead is one of the three key priorities for the ‘Transform Leatherhead’ master plan. Both the Claire and James House situated in the riverside quarter are therefore important buildings in the master plan. The two current buildings are unattractive, inefficient and outdated. This project plans to demolish these buildings and rebuild to create a desirable area for businesses. Regeneration in this area will bring to the area new office space, homes and jobs.

The Local Growth Fund is key to the success of this project.
