Sussex Bio Innovation Centre
LGF will be used to develop a new Life Sciences campus building at the University of Sussex Falmer site, incorporating the Sussex Bio-Innovation Centre, which will become the bug of the University's leading Life Sciences and Biomedical research and the growth base for Bioscience entrepreneurs and pharmaceutical companies.

Summary of Project
The Falmer site of Sussex University is located just outside Brighton and is accessible from both the A27 and Falmer Railway station. This project will develop a new Life Sciences building where students and staff will be able to conduct research in areas such as neurology, biology, zoology and chemistry.
In addition, the development will include a Bio-Innovation Centre which will be used by bio-medical businesses that will create partnerships for the university and jobs in the region.
The Local Growth Funds have contributed to fit out following construction works.
