Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is pleased to announce that following the success of the pilot last year, the ground-breaking Escalator Programme will be returning this April.

The programme helps businesses achieve their potential through a series of facilitated peer to peer groups, focusing on barriers to growth. This new six month programme is for ambitious business leaders who have an appetite for growth and learning, which will be delivered in partnership with MDHUB, a leading peer to peer business growth network.

The pilot programme assisted business owners to significantly increase their confidence as leaders which created results such as a 60% increase in sales and a new strategic direction to expand their business.

Jonathan Sharrock, Chief Executive at Coast to Capital said:

“We are delighted to have re-launched our Escalator Programme which will provide crucial business support to leaders and ensure that our area continues to boast some of the most prominent organisations in the country, we look forward to working with exciting and innovative scale-up businesses in the near future.”

Fiona Shafer, Managing Director at MDHUB:

“The tangible business results of the first Escalator pilot programme, demonstrated just how important and powerful peer to peer learning can be for business leaders. Never has there been a time when true collaboration and partnership working is so vital to business growth and our economy in the UK.

The MDHUB are delighted to have been invited again to deliver the Escalator programme with our partners at Coast to Capital.”
