We publish a registers of interest for Board members, Committee members and relevant staff (senior officers and those involved in decision making processes) to protect the integrity of our decision-making and to ensure our stakeholders have confidence in us. In line with our Conflicts of Interest Policy, which can be found in our Assurance Framework, details of conflicts of interest are recorded in the minutes of our Board Meeting. All Board members and staff sign up to our Code of Conduct and act in accordance with the 'Seven Principles of Public Life', known as the Nolan Principles.
