Summary of Project:


Preston Barracks was a military installation in Lewes Road, Brighton. This project is set to transform the site into a new, state of the art facility for entrepreneurs, inventors and students to use for hot-desking, meeting spaces, presentations and a permanent office space for start up businesses. As a leading area for creativity and design, Brighton is the perfect location for this type of facility to enhance business opportunity and economic growth.

The Local Growth Funds will contribute to project management. the design and build of the project and other start-up costs.
