Summary of Project:

 Pelham campus is part of the Greater Brighton Metropolitan College. Existing buildings are in need of refurbishment and plans are in place for a new building that will create 2,700sqm of floor space for the purpose of training 610 additional learners and 125 new apprentices. New housing will also be built as part of this project.

The Local Growth Fund is being used throughout this project.
