Peer Networks is a peer-to-peer networking programme delivered locally by the network of Growth Hubs across England for SMEs.
The programme includes exciting and diverse cohort groups which foster collaborations to solve common business issues. Peer Networks interaction action learning is designed to help enable you to openly discuss your own challenges whist gaining and reflecting on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them.
From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, an expert facilitator will give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network, helping to build and strengthen your business and improve overall performance.
Businesses that seek external advice or undertake formal training are more likely to improve their overall performance, but many prefer to take advice from trusted sources when presented with external challenges and opportunities.
The programme is available to any SME business that has:
- Operated for at least one year
- At least five employees
- A turnover of at least £100,000
- An aspiration to improve
And ideally has the potential to scale up or export or is exporting already.
