Members of the Escalator Programme and MDHUB met to hear about the success of the programme which included significant improvements in clarity of mind and confidence in scaling up. Throughout the Programme, members found that focusing on topics such as investing in workforce development and recruitment led to positive results including up to a 30% increase in profits.
The audience also heard from three outstanding speakers including Bruce Daisley - Vice President for Twitter in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Eric Partaker - Co-CEO of Chilango and High Performance Expert and Tamara Roberts - CEO of Ridgeview Wine who covered topics including positive culture in the workplace, tackling cash flow problems and competition with deep pockets.
