Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership is delighted to announce the appointment of David Joy as a Co-opted Board Director and Regeneration and Housing Sponsor. This is a new role to support the delivery of the Business Plan and advise on the development and progression of Coast to Capital's Housing Mandate.

David Joy, Chief Executive at London & Continental Railways Ltd, has an extensive senior professional background in both regeneration and housing and brings significant public and private sector experience to the Coast to Capital Board. He has been involved in a number of internationally renowned regeneration projects such as the 8 million square foot King's Cross development and the 13.5 million square foot Stratford City scheme. He is currently working with local authorities around the country to deliver homes, jobs and investment at and around stations.

 

David will be supported in his role by the newly appointed Coast to Capital Head of Regeneration, Housing and Business Space, Ed Skeates. Ed was formerly Development Director at Grosvenor and is currently Interim Development Director at Be First for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
