Coast to Capital Support Helps Shoreham Port

Maritime House offers small to large individual business units giving flexible office rental for an array of business needs from start-ups to well established companies. This project is supporting business investment, creating the conditions for enterprise to flourish whilst also creating 40 new jobs, safeguarding 110 jobs and providing 1,600 square metres of new and refurbished floor space.

 

The office space is currently undergoing refurbishment which is improving facilities for tenants and will also provide professional meeting areas with views of the port. The project is attracting local businesses and enhancing Shoreham Ports' trade.
